Triple Chocolate Bunt Cake. Fold chocolate chips into remaining batter. Grease a bundt pan with butter and flour or baking spray.
Add chocolate chips and mix gently to just combine. Then remaining half the batter, and bake. Take a small slender spatula and loosen cake around the outside & inside edges.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, ground ginger (if using), and baking soda.
In medium bowl, mix remaining flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Grease and flour a bundt pan. Immediately remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips and keep stirring until they melt completely. In a separate whisk together beet puree, apple sauce, water, canola oil, and vanilla extract.
