Triple Layer Chocolate Cake. In a mixing bowl, use a whisk to stir together chocolate cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, oil, eggs, and water. Combine the flour, cocoa and baking soda; add to the creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition.
Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, scraping the bowl down after each addition. Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer and large bowl, beat the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Top with second cake layer, and frost with another cup of ganache.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Remove from the heat and add the chocolate.
Use unsweetened cocoa powder to "flour" the pans and set aside. Prepare Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake recipe as written and allow cake layers to cool completely. Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer and large bowl, beat the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
