5 Element Theory Chart. They may be translated into foods and scents, seasons and weather, sights and colors … even behaviors/habits, actions, and words. Essentially, there are five elements, or factors, which have an inter-relationship which must be kept in balance.
We can use the vibrational frequency of nature and these principles of natural law to heal. Everything that makes up a human being, mind-body-spirit, correlates at an energetic level to something "external" in nature. It forms a structural underpinning to organizing information and is important to Asian philosophy and strategic thought.
They are Earth, Water, Fire, Metal, and Wood.
The theory outlines the relationship between the different elements in nature and the life force, or "qi," that flows through them.
This chart clearly shows the relationship of the five elements (Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood). Five Elements theory assigns each of the five elements a series of abstract generalizations and then applies them to the classification of all phenomena. What do they mean and how are they used?
