Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Muffins. Line a muffin pan with cupcake cases. Cream together butter and sugar in large bowl.
Add in wheat flour, salt, baking powder and chocolate chips. In a large bowl, whisk together egg and sugar until smooth. Add in melted coconut oil along with vanilla extract, mixing well.
Slowly pour in coconut oil, stir just until combined.
Line a muffin tin with muffin liners and spray with cooking spray.
In another large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together egg and sugar until smooth. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
